Sending your itinerary by email
To get your itinerary, you provide your full name and email address. This data and the itinerary’s content pass through the website’s server and Resend, the email provider, only to send it to you. Legal basis: responding to your request. The website does not store them in a database and does not use them for marketing. Resend keeps sending logs for [number of days] days and may process this data outside the European Union.

This data stays in your browser.

To erase everything, use “Erase this itinerary”, then delete the website’s data in your browser.
Your location
It is requested only if you press “Locate me”, and your browser asks for your consent. It is used to calculate distances in your browser. The website does not send it to anyone and does not keep it.
Sharing link
The link contains your itinerary, including any custom stops you have written. It is not created through a server of the publisher, but anyone who receives it can read it. Share it only with people you trust.
Third-party services and IP address
Like any web connection, displaying the website sends your IP address and technical information to the following services:
- Hosting provider ([hosting provider name]): delivering the website and security, with logs kept for [number of days] days. Legal basis: legitimate interest in providing a secure website.
- Google Fonts (Google): loading fonts. Legal basis: legitimate interest in displaying the website correctly. Google may process this data outside the European Union.

Depending on the applicable law, including the GDPR, you may request access to your data, its rectification, erasure, restriction or portability, and object to its processing. Write to contact@cphvisit.com. The publisher does not store your itinerary and can neither view nor delete it for you. You may also contact the data protection authority in your country.
Children
The email sending feature is not intended for children: an adult should make the request.
